TowerStream Corp. (TowerStream) hereby requests expedited treatment of this
application for experimental authorization. Specifically, TowerStream asserts that
expedited action by the Federal Communications Commission is necessary to ensure that
TowerStream’s proposed experimental services may be deployed as soon as possible and
that a substantial portion of its trial is completed prior to the enaction of new rules for the
use of unlicensed devices in the 5.4 GHz band.
