Exhibit 6 Modulating Signal Description TowerStream Corp. Page 1 of 1 Las Vegas, NV Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (“QAM”) and Quadrature Phase Shift Keyed (“QPSK”) modulation will be utilized by TowerStream for downstream and upstream transmissions as part of the proposed system tests. The modulation density for experimental upstream and downstream transmissions will not exceed 16 QAM. Time division duplex (“TDD”) is utilized to share one frequency for upstream and downstream transmissions between the base station and remote transponders. Upstream transmissions are controlled by the protocol between the base station and the remote unit. These remote units will not transmit without first receiving the base station’s control signal.
