Testing of radio performance for DoD contract.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of radio performance for DoD contract. Radio transmission for determination of performance during field test and report generation. Note: Authorization to transmit all bands in their entirety is NOT required. Authorization in some portion of the requested bands is sufficient for radio testing. For example, a single 2.5MHz BW frequency located in the range 402-490 MHz, in 806-866 MHz, and in 890-960 MHz would allow us to complete our objectives. More frequencies options are better, but not required.
