I received this notice last time about pre-coordination with AFTRCC. My previous point of contact at the
FCC OET was Behnam Ghaffari. Last time I applied for this, I was told the same thing and Mr. Ghaffari
told me that it was in error and to ignore it.

Can you please confirm that this is still true?
