Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Since launch, the Meshbed satellite operator Analytical Space, Inc. (ASI) has failed to make contact with the satellite through use of the primary TT&C ground station operated by RBC Signals at Windham, NY (SES-STA-20180816-02235, granted 11/12/2019). Shortly after launch, ASI submitted an amendment to the Meshbed satellite STA (1560-EX-ST-2019) to include use of a second ground station at Deadhorse, AK (SES-STA-INTR2019-04084), also operated by RBC Signals, to supplement TT&C services.
