Behnam Ghaffari, We are a non-profit Federally Funded Research and Development Center that supports the Department of Defense. As part of that support we are required to transmit over different satellites in support of several different projects. The contract we have with the Air Force for this support is a five year contract so to prevent us from having to renew our FCC license every two years we are requesting a 60 month experimental license. The contract number with the Air Force is shown below. I noticed on some of the paper work after I submitted our request that the address was wrong. The address should be 1155 Academy Park Loop Colorado Springs, Co. 80910
