The MITRE Corporation seeks a Special Temporary Authorization to transmit HF radar signals from the NUWC Fisher's Island Test Range. MITRE is developing a small HF radar system for use in monitoring marine protected environments, and the system must be tested in an open ocean setting. The requested time period is long due to uncertainty of test dates due to covid. Actual testing will only require radiation for a total of five consecutive days within this time period.
