Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Frequency authorization is needed for experimental communications with a small satellite in low-earth orbit. The MITRE ground station will be communicating with an experimental space station operated by Analytical Space (File No. 0306-EX-ST-2019).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  MITRE is conducting a set of experiments with an experimental satellite payload. Varying bandwidths and frequencies are needed to evaluate the its performance on-orbit.
