Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are running a field demonstration of a counter unmanned aerial vehicle (C-UAV) demonstration at an army field demonstration at Camp Roberts, CA on May 9-13 2016. We will broadcast signals that are copies of Futaba RC transmitter signals (futaba 6J), which is a commercial RC controller vender that operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and has been approved for commercial use. Our signals will be the same power and frequency as the Futaba transmitter.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to demonstrate for US Government customers the ability to command and control a UAV link for safe landing of a suspect UAV.
