Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary because we desire approval to use an L-Band video link for testing purposes. This approval is needed before obtaining permission to use the device at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. This testing is to be done over the next 5 months and desire is to begin teting by July 1st.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The operation is to test a UAV with video camera. This is experimental testing that will all be done within the restricted airspace of Aberdeen Proving Grounds (Aberdeen, MD). The airspace that is used by the UAV is approximately 35 square Kms.
