Description of Proposed Operation:

The Purpose of the Temporary Authorization is to demonstrate a Broadband system to potential
customers and partners during the IWCE conference in Las Vegas. The Conference spans the week of
February 20 through the 25th however a grant of authorization would be needed for a period of time just
before the conference to accommodate equipment setup and testing.
