Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To demonstrate the I-MASTER Synthetic Aperture Radar capabilities.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to fly the I-MASTER radar between 8 thousand and 15 thousand feet around the Dynamic Aviations location in Bridgewater, VA. The radar antenna is mounted on the aircraft and the radiation beam is tightly steerable to focus on specific points on the ground to mitigate unwanted radiation in sensitive directions. Antenna radiation can be notched in particular sectors to prevent radiating in known sensitive directions. Additionally, the radar can be frequency notched to prevent transmission on sensitive frequencies. The radar will be used to image the ground at Dynamic Aviation.
