However, on page 6, under the MODMAN section it talks about a forward link (ground to air) and return link (air to ground). Can your company please clarify if there is airborne testing with this experimental license request or is it only for the two scenario describe above (roof top and land mobile truck flatbed). The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
