Texas A&M University AggieSat Lab has had the license application 0140-EX-PL-2013
dismissed. It would appear that the FCC requested a Spacecap filing, and an orbital
debris analysis, which was missed on our part. After not receiving these pieces of
information in 30 days, our application was dismissed.

For this submission, our advisors at NASA JSC will be guiding us through the process of
assembling these pieces of information. (ODAR form completed and attached in
submission)
