Modulating Signal Description Exhibit

The modulating signal for both experimental radio units is 2-FSK, sending data at
153,600 bits per second, with the Frequency for data zero and Frequency for data one off
center frequency by 76 kHz. This offset is being applied to all of the 400 MHz, and to the
2.4 GHz center frequency requests.
