Question 4 Exhibit: Government Research Project and Contract Number

AggieSat Lab is currently developing a satellite payload for a project with the National
Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Johnson Space Center (NASA JSC), which will
launch aboard a SpaceX rocket. This rocket will be a supply carrier to the International
Space Station (ISS), and launch is expected mid 2013. The satellite will then be released
into orbit by astronauts onboard the ISS. Our vehicle will be testing GPS technologies on
behalf of NASA JSC, as well as scientific research on behalf of a to be determined third
party.

We currently have a ground station with the capabilities to support this flight. This
mission is being flown with the support of Darryl May, NASA, part of the Aero-science
and Flight Mechanics Division at NASA JSC.

Our government contract number is:

NNJ06HG15G
