Mr. Trevino

In additional to experimental transmitting of the Advanced Radar Surveillance System
(ARSS), I thought it would be prudent to include our production test system transmitting
under the experimental license. We have several contracts with the US Army
CERBERUS Program and US Custom and Boarded Protection for the ARSS which will
represent 470 systems over the next 5 years and we perform 100% target testing before
we ship any system. The Radar operational test takes about 10 minutes and it consists
of tracking a calibrated target on an outdoor target range. Additionally, we have 30
ARSSs we use for product improvement and technology growth experiments and we
perform various long range and short range testing. We operate no more than 8
systems in any specific location. In addition to me the other POC is
