Mr. Trevino, Thank you for giving me this information so quickly. I have now paid the fee and provided
justification for a 5 year license, as you requested. I was delayed in this effort due to some changes in
the way my company has decided to organize our license applications.

I have also attempted to respond to your request to contact the FAA. I put together a table responding to
the parameters you requested that I provide for them, but I have not been able to get a response back
from them when I have left messages. If you can make any recommendations in this area, they would be
welcome. Thank you.
