Tony Serafini sent you the following in an email on May 2, 2007: "Your application is still tabled at NTIA.
Coast Guard has asked to exclude 9300-9500 MHz. Can you still operate with this exclusion? If this is
acceptable, I can work to try and finalize the approval. If this is not acceptable, then your application can
not move any further due to the Coast Guard objection."
