Justification of a five-year license

Telephonics is currently working on a project that involves the development, production
and support of the new CP140 Imaging Radar System. The development and production
phase of the project is schedule for the next 3 years, which includes testing the
performance of the radar system via rooftop testing. A support phase is expected to take
place afterwards with duration of more than 5 years, thus justifying our desire to receive a
five-year term FCC license.
