If the technical parameters of the new radar are different, then the filing of the current application is proper, but the new technical data must be entered into the application using the "Amend/Complete Application" link on our electronic filing site located at https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/cf/els/index.cfm and all data related to the previous radar must be marked for deletion. Also, you are required to submit a narrative statement describing in detail the program of research and experimentation proposed, the specific objectives sought to be accomplished; and how the program of experimentation has a reasonable promise of contribution to the development, extension, or expansion, or utilization of the radio art, or is along lines not already investigated.
