                     May 15 – June 15, 2005

Dear Mr. Swanson:

Comsearch has completed the frequency coordination process for the below referenced experimental
operations. We have coordinated with Sprint PCS who currently holds PCS B-Block (1950-1965/1870-1885
MHz) licenses in the markets where these operations will be held. Please inform us on the actual start and end
dates of the trials, as Sprint PCS has requested to be notified on those dates. Their market engineers will be
closely monitoring the markets during the testing time.
