                  Re:   Letter of Concurrence & Support for Tecore Inc. Pilot at
                        Bishopville, SC STA File Number 1385—EX—ST—2017

Dear Sir or Madam:

                  Pursuant to Part 5 of the rules of the Federal Communications
            Commission ("Commission"), 47 C.F.R. Part 5, Sprint Corporation, on behalf
            of its wholly—owned subsidiary SprintCom, Inc. (collectively "Sprint") hereby
            submits this letter of concurrence with the associated application File
            Number 1385—EX—ST—2017 for an experimental Special Temporary
            Authorization ("STA") in the Bishopyville, South Carolina area, filed by Tecore,
            Inc. ("Tecore"). Tecore seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of their
            proprietary technology, Correctional Cellular Communication Call Control
            System, C5 Contraband Assessment/LAMS, in a "real—world" environment
            until May 1, 2018 after grant of this experimental STA by the Commission.

                  Tecore‘s application requests to operate on 800 MHz SMR, PCS
          Broadband frequencies and BRS frequencies within a 1 km radius of a
          specified center point in Bishopyville, SC (34—11—50.7 N / 080—13—34.6 W).
          Sprint is the licensee of 800 MHz SMBR licenses WPLM615 and WPLM616
          which are authorized to operate on the B Block channels (862—863 MHz) and
          the X Block channels (866—869 MHz) respectively. Sprint is the PCS
          Broadband license KNLH6O06, authorized to operate on the D Block channels
          (1865—1870/1945—1950 MHz). Sprint is also the licensee of BRS license B436
          which covers the Bishopyville, SC area. Tecore requests to use, inter alia, 800
          MHz, PCS D Block channels and BRS channels for its demonstrations. Tecore
          is working cooperatively with Sprint, has agreed to coordinate the
          demonstrations of its technology with Sprint, and will avoid harmful

          interference while conducting the demonstrations. In addition, Tecore has
          agreed to immediately cease operations should any interference issues arise
          during the demonstrations.

                Sprint desires to support Tecore‘s testing of its technology and,
          therefore, agrees to permit Tecore to use the frequencies listed above within
          1 km of Bishopyville, SC (34—11—50.7 N / 080—13—34.6 W) for a period until May
          1, 2018 after the grant of the associated application.

                The Correctional Cellular Communications Call Control System, CS
          Contraband Assessment/LAMS will be tested by Tecore on Sprint‘s behalf, in
          order to address unlawful and abusive use by unauthorized users of Sprint‘s
          services and network at the Lee Correctional Facility [i.e., in the immediate
          vicinity of a specified center point in Bishopyville, SC (34—11—50.7 N / 080—13—
          34.6 W). Tecore is hereby authorized by Sprint to operate their wireless
          system on its previously listed frequencies that are licensed to Sprint at the
          Lee Correctional Facility, in order to protect Sprint and it authorized
          subscribers and users from unlawful and abusive use of the Sprint service by
          users of unauthorized devices at this correctional facility. Accordingly, Sprint
          supports the grant of the associated Tecore application for an experimental
          STA to operate its Correctional Cellular Communications Call Control System,
          C5 Contraband Assessment/LAMS for a period up to June 1, 2015. Sprint has
          received a copy of the instant application.
