Dear Sir: Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware general partnership ("Verizon Wireless"), hereby submits this letter in support of Contraband Interdiction System (CIS) testing to be performed by Tecore Networks during the period from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. If Tecore Networks is selected to provide their CIS technology at a correctional facility, we anticipate we would be able to promptly execute a spectrum consent permitting Tecore Networks to operate its technology on our frequencies at that facility. Verizon intends to enter into a PCS spectrum exchange in BTA436 with T—Mobile and plans to move from the PCS E block to the PCS C3 block in March 2018. Verizon authorizes Tecore to use the C3 spectrum upon Verizon‘s move to that block.

Tecore Networks requests to use the above noted Verizon Wireless Licensed Spectrum for its technology demonstration in the geographic area encompassed within the coordinates listed above. Tecore Networks is working cooperatively with Verizon Wireless and has agreed to coordinate the demonstration ofits technology with Verizon Wireless and will avoid harmful interference while conducting the demonstration. In addition, Tecore Networks has agreed to immediately cease operations on the Licensed Spectrum should any interference issues arise during the demonstration. Verizon Wireless desires to support the Tecore Networks®‘ testing ofits technology and, therefore, agrees to permit Tecore Networks to use the Licensed Spectrum in connection therewith from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.
