Mr. Trevino:

The instant application filed on behalk of Tecore Inc. is identical to the applications filed and licenses held
for similar spectrum by Tecore's subsidiary company, AirNet Communications Corporation (see call signs
WC2XUD, WE2XEY, KM2XOQ and WA2XSN) in Melbourne, Florida, but with a reduced operational
radius.

You will note that the experiment description provided by Tecore is similar to the description in the AirNet
applications. Indeed, the requested frequencies will be used in the normal course of the demonstration
and development of the Tecore/AirNet products at Tecore's Columbia, Maryland facility. These uses are
not related to the operation of any managed access or cell jamming operation in and around the Tecore
facility or any prison within the requested operational radius. As such, and because any use of the
authorized spectrum will involve prior coordination by Tecore (just as has been successfully employed by
AirNet for many years), there will be no jamming or other interference with other authorized spectrum use
in the area.

I hope that this clarification will position the application for immediate grant.
