Request for Expedited Treatment (“STA”) in order to satisfy an urgent request to test and validate with DoD/US Army and Homeland Security Tecore’s Military Secured wireless system, called “Mil Sec RDS.” These organizations are looking at the equipment for troop protection (IED suppression), VIP and high value asset protection and other applications. The STA is necessary on top of our existing authorization in order to test and validate our platform at radii and in frequencies that are not currently included in our existing experimental license. The demand from DOD and DHS is urgent and the desire to test and validate the equipment is immediate. Accordingly, please grant expedited status to the instant request for STA
