Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Our product is a wireless remote meter reading device. We sell this device to Australian Water Utilities. Our products have been emmission tested and are compliant in Australia. The logical next market for our products is the US, but we are not sure of our radio performance in the US radio environment. We would like to conduct a small trial to evaluate this.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose is to gather performance data on the operation of our radio system including range in real US operating conditions such as water meters located in pits. This will allow us to calibrate our Australian performance model against the US radio environment. We will then be able to market our AMR solution to US customers confident in the radio performance.
