time, however, the Federal Aviation A     inistration (FAA) has been unable to provide the necessary clearance for the
frequencies requested in your applicatigk. Therefore, the application is incomplete and the Experimental Licensing
Branch is unable to process it further.   Miccordingly, we are dismissing your application without prejudice. See Sections
0.241(c) and 5.65 of the Commission‘sfBules.

If you wish to refile the application for the same fr@&uencies, please first precoordinate your request with the FAA, and
submit a copy of the FAA‘s clearance with your apiilfflication. A list of FAA Regional offices is attached for your
convenience.

Also, if you object to the dismissal of the applicati     you may file a petition for reconsideration within 30 days of the
date of this letter. See Section 1.106 of the Commi
