Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
T-Mobile already holds a nationwide license for the 70/80/90 GHz bands (WQWZ779). However, T-Mobile requires an STA to evaluate a microwave radio with integrated antenna for the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz bands. The radio is FCC certificated, but the antenna under evaluation meets ETSI Class 2 sidelobe suppression requirements, but does not currently meet the antenna requirements in 47 CFR 101.115.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  T-Mobile is working with equipment vendors to evaluate 5G solutions for high bandwidth, short hop radio links for urban cores.
