Exhibit T-Mobile License LLC STA Application File No.: 1390-EX-ST-2018 Narrative Statement Purpose: This STA in necessary to permit T-Mobile to test and conduct demonstrations of the 3GPP standardized version of 5G (5G NR) operating in the 39 GHz band. Spectrum Requested: T-Mobile requests use of two contiguous fifty megahertz spectrum blocks in the 39.0-39.3 GHz band. T-Mobile will assess the use of the channels within the requested band and determine the specific channels on which it will operate. Non-interference Condition: T-Mobile is familiar with the use of this band. T-Mobile also acknowledges its obligation under an experimental STA to neither cause harmful interference to and accept harmful interference from, any station operating in accordance with the Table of Frequency Allocations of part 2 of the Commission’s rules (47 CFR § 2.106).
