Lead Application Information

This Application is one of a group of applications being filed in connection with seeking FCC
consent for the transfer of control to T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) of FCC licenses,
authorizations and leases held by subsidiaries of Sprint Corporation (“Sprint”), as well as the pro
forma transfer of control of FCC licenses, authorizations and leases held by subsidiaries of
T-Mobile.

The Applicants have designated the application being filed concurrently to transfer control of the
FCC licenses held by Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, LLC from Sprint to T-Mobile (ULS File
No. 0008224209) as the lead wireless radio services application for the transaction.
Accordingly, the Applicants hereby incorporate by reference all exhibits of the lead application.
