Subject: Request for Info - STA File #0783-EX-ST-2016
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. You have requested confidentiality for the form itself. As a matter of policy, we will not withhold from
public any information necessary for interference mitigation. This includes applicant name, contact info,
location, frequency and power, all of which are contained within the form. If there is nothing in the form
itself that cannot be released to the public, state this. If there is anything in the "Why STA is necessary" or
"Purpose of Operation" text boxes that is confidential, you will have to request withdrawal of the
application and refile, since this information must be available to the public and cannot be removed from
the initial version of the application. You must submit an item-by-item justification for the confidentiality
request to answer the nine subsections of Part 0.459(b) of the FCC's rules. All non-confidential material
must be viewable by the public, including the confidentiality justification.

2. You say that your equipment is at Washington Laboratories for compliance testing and yet you have
requested a six-month STA. Why do you need an STA for such a long period if the equipment is already
undergoing testing?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 27, 2016 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
