Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary for a United Kingdom video production company in order to conduct video production and international broadcast operations using various frequency bands for video transmission from boats to land and for relay of video signals to a land-based production area, and for audio cueing and operational communications incidental to broadcast and video production operations at the ISAF Sailing World Cup sailboat race in Biscayne Bay, near Miami, Florida. The applicant cannot obtain licenses for this single event in time for the event and in some cases the bands to be used are not allocated for broadcast auxiliary/video production operations in any case.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Video production and broadcast operations for a unique sailing regatta for an international audience by a video production and broadcast company based in the United Kingdom.
