Reason for STA Modification The Modification is requested for the following reasons: 1. The original STA, 0317-EX-ST-2019, was granted for the period July 2 through December 15, 2019. However due to launch delays, the current scheduled launch is NET November 25, 2019. So, an STA modification is needed to support 6 months of operation. 2. The deploy altitude has been changed from 385 km to 400 km. 3. We wish to add a second ground station, owned and operated by Santa Clara University (SCU), to the operation. That ground station is already licensed by SCU under grant 0140-EX-CR-2018, call sign WE2XYH. That license will be modified as a separate application, and a reference to that modification will be added to this application when it is available. All other technical and administrative data for the mission remain unchanged.
