This work is regulated by the State Department under ITAR regulations.

The product being produced will be sold commercially and is subject to competition from other vendors.

(5) Explanation of how disclosure of the information could result in substantial competitive harm;

The main harm is that the disclosure of information could provide the enemies of the US information with
regards to unique technology that is being developed for the Dept. of Defense.

(6) Identification of any measures taken by the submitting party to prevent unauthorized disclosure;

This type of information is that released in any other public forum or communication medium.

(7) Identification of whether the information is available to the public and the extent of any previous
disclosure of the information to third parties;

No, it is not available to the public.

(8) Justification of the period during which the submitting party asserts that material should not be
available for public disclosure; and

This information should be confidential as long as indicated by the State Department.
