Proposed experimentation: SpiderCloud Wireless, Inc, a startup corporation based in San Jose, CA is engaged in design of 3G /4G Femto cell wireless products for enterprise applications. SpiderCloud Wireless recently started a test office in San Diego, CA and would like to radiate/test at its branch office facilities located 10875, Rancho Bernardo Rd, Unit 100, San Diego, CA 92127. The equipment will be compliant to 3GPP specifications for LTE Band 13. b. Objective: To test multiple vendor portable equipment interoperating with the femto cell base station under development. c. Contribution: Indoor Femto cells have the potential to offload local voice and/or data traffic from the outdoor macro cellular system. Work will be done to test and optimize operation of the Femto cell system to provide higher speed data than previously available.
