Form 442 Question 7: Experimentation Description

a. Proposed experimentation: SpiderCloud Wireless, Inc, a startup corporation based in San Jose,
CA engaged in design of 3G Femtocell wireless products for enterprise applications and would
like to radiate/test at its San Diego branch facilities located 10875 Rancho Bernardo Rd San
Diego, CA 92127. The equipment will be compliant to 3GPP specifications for LTE in band 12.
b. Objective: To test multiple vendor portable equipment interoperating with the femtocell base
station under development.
c. Contribution: Indoor femtocells have the potential to offload local voice and/or data traffic from
the outdoor macrocellular system. Work will be done to test and optimize operation of the
femtocell system to provide higher speed data than previously available.
