Proposed experimentation: SpiderCloud Wireless, Inc, a startup corporation based in San Jose, CA engaged in design of 3G Femtocell wireless products for enterprise applications was granted lic to radiate ( Band 13) at its San Jose facilities w/ call sign WH2XEQ in May of 2014. We are moving to a new facility about 2 miles from the previously granted location. The new facilities physical address and coordinates are given in the modified application. The equipment will be compliant to 3GPP specifications for LTE in band 13. b. Objective: To test multiple vendor portable equipment interoperating with the femto cell base station under development. c. Contribution: Indoor femto cells have the potential to offload local voice and/or data traffic from the outdoor macro cellular system. Work will be done to test and optimize operation of the femto cell system to provide higher speed data than previously available.
