QUESTION 4: ANTENNA BEAMWIDTH AND ORIENTATION

For the base stations, applicant STC Investment Fund I, Inc. dba Spectrum Telecom
(“Spectrum Telecom”) intends to use three sectorized antennas with a beamwidth of 120 degrees
each at the half-power point. The antennas will be mounted vertically with orientations of 0, 120
and 240 degrees on the horizontal plane.

For the fixed customer units, Spectrum Telecom intends to use omnidirectional antennas.
