File No. 0054- EX-ML-2001, Call Sign WA2XYM, is for the purpose of adding LatinSat-A and LatinSat-B low-Earth orbit satellites and associated frequencies to its experimental program. Form 442 Question 7: Experimentation Description, has been submitted previously. The following are the orbital parameters for LatinSat-A and LatinSat-B: (1) Apogee: 650 km (2) Perigee: 650 km (3) Inclination: 64.5° (4) Period: 97.5 minutes The company will operate a fixed transmitter to these satellites.
