Other Particulars - Addition

This modification of the FCC authorization granted to SpaceQuest, Ltd. effective July 28,
1999, Call Sign WA2XYM, is for the purpose of adding SaudiSat-1A and SaudiSat-1B
low-Earth orbit satellites to its experimental program. The aforementioned satellites were
launched in September 2000 for amateur use.

The following are the orbital parameters for SaudiSat 1A and 1B:

(1) Apogee: 650 km
(2) Perigee: 650 km
(3) Inclination: 63.5°
(4) Period: 100 minutes

The company will operate mobile transmitters infrequently to these satellites.

SpaceQuest, Ltd. has applied for a space station license on April 26, 2001 to operate two
transmitters on SaudiSat 1A and 1B.
