Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This FCC STA (File # 0548-EX-ST-2019) currently authorizes SpaceQuest S-Band operations until October 1, 2019 on the 2201 MHz/1M00G1D/2.2W (ERP) link to the RBC Signals ground station in Fairbanks, AK. The STA has provided critical short term emergency relief for its S-Band operations. An extension of SpaceQuest’s STA is requested until modification of its THEA and BRIO license applications (0019-EX-CM-2019 and 0020-EX-CM-2019) can be acted on, as it has no other means of downloading its S-Band experimental data.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Emergency downlinking of SpaceQuests S-band data to the RBC Signals ground station in Fairbanks, AK.
