Re: Amendment to Experimental Radio Station Application
    File # 0220-EX-CN-2018

SpaceQuest, Ltd. hereby amends the above-referenced application, which was filed on March 7, 2018,
as follows:
    1. Satellite Frequencies:

Downlink frequency – from to 2288-2289 MHz to 2200-2202 MHz (SBTX)

In order to avoid interference with the U.S. Federal allocation in the 2200-2290 MHz band, S-
Band operations will be conducted at 2200-2202 MHz by the Swedish Space Corporation at
Esrange, Sweden and by SpaceQuest at LimeStone, Maine. The SSC S-Band antenna at Inuvik,
Canada has been eliminated from this application.

Uplink frequency at 145.92 MHz (VRX)

The emergency uplink beam at 145.92 MHz is eliminated from this application because the IARU
will no longer coordinate on the amateur 2-meter band.

    2. Revised Exhibits

FCC Form 442, Exhibits 1 and 2, the NTIA data forms and SpaceCap have been accordingly
revised and resubmitted to the FCC to reflect the above revisions to the BRIO satellite S-Band
frequencies. In addition, a revised Exhibit, For Reference Only, is submitted to reflect the S-Band
        operations at Esrange, Sweden.

Respectfully,
