Doug,

This is to confirm that we are only requesting a single frequency for File #0176-EX-CN-2018 (THEA) and
for File #0220-EX-CN-2018 (BRIO). 2288.5 MHz is acceptable, or any other 1MHz segment within the
2220-2290 MHz band.

The Local Time of the Descending Node is 10:30 AM.

Our last day to integrate BRIO and THEA on the Spaceflight platform in August 2nd. The actual launch of
SpaceX SSO-A mission is scheduled for 30 September. Without an FCC space station license or an
authorization to launch by August 2, we will not be able to get our satellites into orbit. I would appreciate
anything you can do to expedite the processing of our license applications.
