For the 145.9-145.94 MHz Amateur band, IARU coordination is required or you must submit an electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis demonstrating that you will not interfere with licensed services. An example of an acceptable EMC analysis is the exhibit entitled "Exhibit C Interference Study" in Experimental Licensing System file number 0026-EX-ST-2018. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of June 29, 2018 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
