SpaceQuest, Ltd. Exhibit 1 Other Particulars – Addition This modification of the FCC authorization granted to SpaceQuest, Ltd. (0086-EX-ML- 2010) effective October 28, 2010, Call Sign WA2XYM, is for the purpose of adding access to the Italian low-Earth orbit satellite, EduSat, using SpaceQuest’s currently authorized frequencies. The EduSat is scheduled for launch in the 1st quarter of 2011. The orbital parameters of the satellite are as follows: Orbital Type: NGSO Apogee: 700 km Perigee: 643 km Inclination: 98.25° Period: 98.2 minutes Purpose: Experimental, non-Common Carrier basis SpaceQuest plans to continue with its on-going experimental program as previously approved.
