SpaceQuest, Ltd. Exhibit 1 Other Particulars – Addition This modification of the FCC authorization granted to SpaceQuest, Ltd. (0082-EX-ML- 2008-2008) effective August 22, 2008, Call Sign WA2XYM, is for the purpose of adding access to AprizeSat-5 and AprizeSat-6 satellites to its experimental program. The Aprizesats are scheduled for launch in the 4th quarter of 2010. SpaceQuest plans to continue with its on-going experimental program as previously approved as well as the program approved for the Aprizesats involving an experimental payload ship tracking system which will collect data for customers, including the Naval Research Lab, Homeland Security and the U.S.Coast Guard.
