This modification of the FCC renewal authorization granted to SpaceQuest, Ltd. (0004-
EX-RR-2008) effective April 1, 2008, Call Sign WA2XYM, is for the purpose of adding
two new antenna locations as well as access to AprizeSat-3 and AprizeSat-4 satellites to
its previously approved experimental program and research involving the development,
testing and demonstration of compact mobile user terminals for use with NVNG
satellites. The Aprizesats are scheduled for launch in the 4th quarter of 2008.

The following are the orbital parameters for Aprizesat-3 and 4:

(1) Apogee: 680 km
(2) Perigee: 600 km
(3) Inclination: 98°
(4) Period: 97 minutes
(5) Eccentricity .007
