Exhibit 1 Other Particulars – Addition This modification of the FCC authorization granted to SpaceQuest, Ltd. (0053-EX-ML- 2003) on August 25, 2003, is for the purpose of adding AprizeSat-1 and AprizeSat-2 low- Earth orbit satellites to its experimental program. The aforementioned satellites are scheduled for launch on June 29, 2004 on which date SpaceQuest would begin transmissions to the satellites. The following are the orbital parameters for AprizeSat-1 and AprizeSat-2: Apogee: 700 km Perigee: 700 km Inclination 98° Period: 99 minutes Aprize Satellite Inc. was granted an experimental space station license for these satellites by the FCC on May 26, 2004 (0209-EX-PL-2003.
