This modification of the FCC authorization granted to SpaceQuest, Ltd. (0068-EX-ML-
2005) effective May 16, 2005, Call Sign WA2XYM, is for the purpose of deleting
German SAFIR point of communication and adding SaudiComSat 3 through 7 low-Earth
orbit satellites to its previously approved experimental program and research involving
the development, testing and demonstration of compact mobile user terminals for use
with NVNG satellites. The SaudiComSats are scheduled for launch on March 27, 2007.

The following are the orbital parameters for the SaudiComSats 3-7:

(1) Apogee: 700 km
(2) Perigee: 700 km
(3) Inclination: 98°
(4) Period: 100 minutes
